When you use our contact, volunteer, yard sign, or donation forms, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. If you make a donation, our payment processor also collects the billing information necessary to process that transaction.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, send you campaign updates and event reminders by email or text message (only if you've opted in), fulfill yard sign requests, coordinate volunteer activities, and process donations.
If you provide your phone number and check the text messaging opt-in box on our contact form, you consent to receive text messages from Wayne Woodfield for Senate, including campaign updates, event reminders, and get-out-the-vote messages, which may be sent using an autodialer. Donations may be solicited in these messages. Message frequency varies — up to once per day through Election Day (November 3), and up to once per month thereafter. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at wayne@wayneforsenate.com. Providing a phone number and opting in to text messages is never required to contact us, volunteer, request a yard sign, or donate.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties unless required by law.
We do not share or sell your personal information, including your phone number and text messaging opt-in status, to any third parties. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or to service providers (such as our email, text messaging, and payment processing vendors) solely to help us operate this website and communicate with you on our behalf.
You may unsubscribe from email updates using the link included in those emails, and from text messages by replying STOP as described above. You may also contact us at any time to ask that we update or remove your information.
